The SSP team, which powers Kargo’s ad exchange capabilities, needed to find new ways to empower their engineering team. They had previously used a metrics tool that only surfaced system-based data, with no insights on which areas to focus on. At one point, they received a 40-page manual just to understand how to interpret the data—making it nearly impossible to drive meaningful improvements.
